Architecture
Over the years, Red has grown from a small production firm into an all-encompassing design firm. Red’s staff of design professionals have experience guiding a project through all phases of the architectural process. Red is currently registered in all 50 U.S. states and Washington D.C.
Engineering
Red provides mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services to complement our architectural design. Our in-house engineering department holds us to a high state of accountability in our work. Through quick communication among team members and the ability to coordinate internally, Red is able to deliver a more complete and well-coordinated project to our clients. Red is currently registered in 49 U.S. states and D.C.
Interior Design

Planning
Red believes that the large scale organizational concerns of master planning reflect the interdependence of person, construct, and setting. We analyze the immediate concerns with in-depth site analysis and context studies. This process is repeated throughout development at different scales to provide creative solutions through our multi-disciplinary approach.
Construction Administration
Red takes pride in seeing projects through, from concept to completion. Our approach is to keep the designer on-hand throughout the construction process so the client is provided with an experienced professional to ensure the integrity of the project. Punch lists, construction schedules, routine site visits, and client meetings in the field are just some of the methods we offer to make this happen.
3D Visualization
Red works in partnership with our sister company, 801 Creative, to provide a full range of imaging and graphic design solutions for our clients. With 3D imaging and animation we are able to meet any of our clients’ needs when it comes to presentation, branding, and marketing material. With backgrounds in architecture and design, 801 Creative’s staff aids in interior design, furniture layout and style, and lighting, and is able to accurately translate conceptual drawings and sketches with realistic precision and detail.
